Distribuzione

Le due specie oggi note di questo genere sono mwdwendemiche una delle mweaisole Salomone e l'altra dell'isola di mweqCelebescite-ref-salticidae-1-0[1].

Tassonomia

Considerato un sinonimo anteriore di Eustirognathus mwgqmwggPocock, 1898 (rimosso inoltre dalla sinonimia con mwgwCarrhotus mwhamwhqThorell, 1891) da uno studio dell'aracnologo mwhgPrószynski del 1987, il quale ha anche effettuato il trasferimento della mwhwspecie tipocite-ref-salticidae-1-1[1].

A dicembre 2010, si compone di due speciecite-ref-salticidae-1-2[1]:

• mwkwBindax chalcocephalus mwlq(mwlgThorell, 1877)cite-ref-2[2] — Celebes
• mwnaBindax oscitans mwng(mwnwPocock, 1898) — Isole Salomone
